Haven't kept up with tracking what I eat because I'm forgetful, but have been staying on the keto diet. Always works well the first week.

Has a heavy peppermint taste to it to me, but heard it had some healthy benefits to it. Have you all tried this type of tea?

I have been away for a year and a half. Many things have changed since then. I'm in a new place of employment, but it is a desk job all they way. Not that I'm complaining I love it! But my health doesn't. So hello again!

I am at my heaviest of 245lbs at 5ft 1 in. I have no excuse. I gave up. I stopped checking in. Weighing in. Tracking. And kept on snacking. I was laid off in July and hit an all time low, but with my experience and education I bounced back into the workforce. I am fully employed, but waiting for that paycheck.
