THREE WEEKS AND ONLY DOWN 1.6 LBS?????
I don't know if anyone has told you because honestly, reading the wall of script that comes up on here on my smartphone would be hard and I want to get the info to you quick if someone already hasn't. I hear you saying what you're eating and what you're not but I would SERIOUSLY caution you on one rule to fat loss;
Eating too few calories is just as bad as eating too many.
If you normally drop your calorie intake too low your body will go into what Tom Venuto called
Starvation Response Mode
, meaning you produce a fat storing hormone because your body thinks that there is a shortage of food simply because it's getting too little. it's a survival trait we all have. It's often why you see people hit a platue on their fat loss where they eat next to nothing but do not lose weight.
I do not know if this is why you have been not losing but I would say check your diet and see if you are getting too few calories. And be sure that those calories you do get are good calories. Like I said, probably preaching at the choir here but just being sure.
