Calories will always be king!
Hi everyone. I'm posting just to remind everyone that no matter what kind of diet you're on, it will only work if you're in a calorie deficit. Furthermore, if you're truly in a caloric deficit, then any diet will work. We must not forget this simple fact. If we do, we're going to end up very frustrated with our weight loss journeys.
