Hello everyone. My name is Tammy, and this is my first time on this site. I have used another tracking program in the past but I do not think it is available anymore (at least it did not come up when I searched it). So here I am! I started my health journey a few years ago and lost almost 30 pounds. I have kept the majority of that off and have added more exercise into my lifestyle.
My husband and I have just run a 5K and have another one this Sunday. I recently met with a nutritionist to find out exactly what I needed to round out my diet. I was not on a bad track to start with but now I can get what my body needs.
I have learned how to control what I eat by recognizing when I am full. I stopped eating more food at a meal just because it tasted good.
I am a firm believer that EVERY persons diet will look different because our bodies are different. What works for me will not necessarily work for you. However, there are certain foods we all know are not good for us.
I am excited to be using this site to see where I am calorie wise at the end of the day while eating my recommended servings of proteins, fats and carbs.
