hey my name is tina and I am new to fatsecrets. I have battled my weight all my life and like most people I have tried everything in the book from adkins to weight watchers. finally I am counting calories. I try to have between 1200-1500 calories a day and work out 30min or more four to five times a week. I have lost almost 20 pounds since last september when I realized I need to realy try to loose weight. I gained about fourty pounds when i was pregnant with my son almost two years ago. my highest weight was 257. I know I can loose weight. about 6 years ago I did taebo five times a week and lost 28 pounds in one month. I just got to get back on track and loose loose loose. I hope being on this web sight will give me the help i have been looking for. tina
