I caved and cheated yesterday. It's sad when I am depressed the only thing that makes me feel better is food. I am back on track today and feeling good about it. It happened, it's over with.. I have to just keep on keepin' on.

So upset right now. I cannot stay away from the scale, even though I know it is my TOM and I am bloated and probably carrying a few extra pounds because of it. But up 2 and a half pounds discourages me so much.
I am struggling so much, all I want to do is eat bad food. Especially when I am feeling down. I Feel like this weight is never going to come off this time. But I haven't cheated, stayed strong and still up in weight.
