Good day all -
I've had a big year - got married in May and turned 40 in October.
Well needless to say the wedding was quite motivation enough to lose the weight I needed to earlier this year. Then I felt the need to participate in the Summer of Gluttony - so I ate and drank everything I wanted. Bad Idea. I also didn't exercise nearly enough all summer.
So here I sit one week past 40 - and I need to reel my weight back in - before I go back up over pre-wedding starting point.
I'm doing Weight Watchers and exercising on my own.
I was very excited to learn about this site on the Today Show last week - and I'm here for support and motivation.
That curve BETTER start heading downwards next week.
