well decided on a new sratergy for my eating, just because my cravings for chocolate are so bad, not going to eat chocolate or buiscuits for at least a month to get it out my system, going to stick to 3 meals a day, on my dinner will have a desert , going to eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day, more water and 2 fruit teas, also going to do more exercise in week, try and be possitive
