A tiny mimosa and grilled chicken salad for brunch today after a very intense power yoga class. Happy Sunday!

Came home after the gym and threw a tuna salad together for dinner. My eyes must have been hungry, so I added 2 cans of tuna. It came to 360 cals for this whole thing and 48g protein!! That’s bananas!! But I can’t finish it because the protein is soooo filling. Not sure how much I had in total, but it was more than half. Black cherries for dessert.

Still on the right track. Lunch was rice with salmon and dinner is a big salad. 530 cals and 26g of protein.

Work from home day today, so I was able to make eggs for breakfast. 400 cals and 40g of protein.

Finished the day off with 630 cals of delicious salad for dinner. Tried a new chicken sausage from Costco - the parmesan and cracked black pepper sausage by Kirkland. Very very tasty, but there is a lot of black pepper, so if you don’t like that flavor, you might not love this.
