I have got to get serious about my health. I find it disappointing that my mind can create so many distractions and self defeating thoughts about exercising or eating right. Why do I crave carbs and sweets so much? Is it really my only desire in life? The whole world can crumble around my ears, and I wouldn't care, as long as I had a lifetime supply of fattening food and an internet connection. Am I addicted to sugar?
