Wow! Well, I don't know how that happened-- but you're not going to catch me complaining!

I'm finally back at school, spring break was fun (and I'm kind of sad it's over) as I got to stay at WB's house for a whole week. I had a really hard time getting to sleep last night without him there to cuddle, but I'm sure I'll get used to sleeping on campus soon. It's going to be hard not seeing him every day, though. We probably won't get a chance to see each other until Wednesday at the earliest :(

The last week has been surprisingly stressful, with papers and a bit of personal drama, and as down as I've been, I'm determined to get my life back on track in all things. That's why I got up at 6 am on a Monday (gross, right?) to type up this journal entry, do some homework, and get to the gym. On Friday I'm meeting with one of the school's counselors to talk about how to deal with all this stress, and hopefully get some help with my concentration issues. To make a long story short, I've always had a hard time concentrating, especially when it comes to work that's done outside of class, which I always thought was just because I was bored by the material. Yet here I am, studying material that I love, and I still can't focus myself for more than two minutes! This has been a big issue for me, and I really shouldn't have left it this long, but there you go. Hopefully the counselor will be able to help me.

Anyways! On to my plans for the future. I've picked up some fresh fruits and veggies, and I'm hoping to log all of my food for the next week. The goal is to eat as much fresh food as I can, drink lots of water, and prepare my own meals whenever it's an option. Possibly too much to take on at once, but hey, this is how we learn, right?

Tonight I might write a short entry catching up on what I've done this week, including looking at a room for rent and WB knowing me (almost) too well, but for now I need to get this homework hammered out.

Well, as unhappy as I am with this weigh-in, I know why I've gained back a bit. WB and I bought some donuts the other night, and he left them here in my dorm-- so they aren't exactly kicking around anymore! That, and the school caf had fried pickles yesterday...why is everything bad for you so good? Part of my bad eating recently has been due to stress. So much stress! I have two midterms today, one of which is a six-page paper that I am not excited to finish.

Still, I shall press forward! Spring break is going to be a challenge, as I'll be staying with WB and his family. They're wonderful people, but they don't eat very well-- lot's of processed, fatty food in large portions. Since I tend to eat when I'm bored, I'll have to work to keep myself busy so I won't overindulge. Fortunately, I have lots of homework to do! Plus, being at WB's house, I might have the ability to cook more for him and his family, or at least for him and myself, which should be helpful. Above all else, it'll be nice to see him every day! I've missed staying out late together, as we are both juggling full schedules at the moment.

Food wise, I hope to get myself back on track today, but if I slip up I won't beat myself up about it. We all have off days, and with all the stress I'm facing from school right now, it's fairly understandable if I neglect healthy eating for class...at least that's what I'm telling myself. Planning on taking lots of long walks next week, that's for sure!

Before I go, another NSV-- WB keeps picking me up all the time! He's really strong, but I've done my part by losing over 30lbs!
