I've made my masterpiece veg drink. I call it my Gitty Up and Go Juice. GU&G for short.
Bok Choy, Spinach, Green Pepper, Tomato, Basil, Parsley, Cucumber, Celery, Lemon and Carrot. Super Yum!

A board game convention down and I'm shocked I didn't gain a pound. I did Trader Joe runs before and after the con to keep my energy up. I didn't have time to research juice bars close to LAX. TJ's had a new V This week I'm back on the juice. I've got a follow up with the doctor who was suggesting I use surgery as a weight loss tool. Bah!

I took a 2 mile walk to the massage place, got a 1 hour massage, and returned home with a 1.6 mile uphill hike. Sunday walks can be awesome if you plan it right!

Had a tough time at the game convention finding juice. Ended up not eating lunch and being starved for dinner. Went to Trader Joes and got the $3.99 Mid-East Feast and the organic veggie patty. I'm going to need a better solution for BGG Con in Nov.
Still weighed in well, but I'm sure I could have done better without cheating and not having to feel so hungry. If only juice would travel well without the risk of spillage. Board games and juice. Bad combo!

4lbs in 5 days. The power of juice compels me!
This week's delightful dose: The Veggie Cocktail
Totally stolen from "Da Juice Bar". I watched the girl closely as she made it and took pictures.
And then I reproduced it at home.
My first batch had too much lemon. My 2nd batch was perfect, but I forgot garlic. My 3rd batch had too much garlic. Still a work in progress, but I'm getting there.
