I'm 38, mom of 2 wonderful teenage girls and wife to a wonderful man.
At my heaviest I was 221, I lost over 70 pounds and managed to keep it off for several years. However, a couple of years ago I tore my achilles tendon. In that recovery I went back to several bad habits from before. I did manage to keep a very aggressive workout schedule and even did a triathalon in 07. Had some work related issues and moved jobs in June 08 and have not worked out since but managed to keep all those bad eating habits. I'm now at 195 again and knew I needed to do something. On my free time at work I was playing on the internet and found this site. It was at the right time and meant to be.
