My breakfast consist of two of instant oatmeal.
my snack I bought today are apple, kiwi, black berries and yogurt.
My lunch is a mesquite turkey salad.
I will be drinking plenty of water.
Dinner will be a garden salad.

I try to do a piece of meat and a cereal and snack on fruit. for lunch a full lunch one meat, two vegetable, and a starch. I drink pleanty of water. Dinner I tried to eat vegetable and fruits. Exercise walk for about 20 to 30 minutes
