Day number four of keeping my food diary. One thing that has been helpful to me is to keep my attitude positive. Also I am sharing here on this site.
Tomorrow's plan is to work until it's over.
Go to Water To Go and fill em up.
Come home and take one hour of
quiet time
.
Color mom's hair.
Do my laundry, and ready up for Sunday.
Also Attack my Bills by naming each one and figuring down to the penny what is owed on each one.
That's enough for my Friday.

Going into my third day of food journaling and limiting calories to 1500 a day. Feels good, having moderate stress. I just stop and think it through asking
why, who
,
what can I do
to alleviate. Tomorrow will be a real treat a Taco Time Beef Salad for dinner after shopping.
Going into the kitchen now to do lots of food preparation.

Restarting my journaling and preparing a menu and shopping list. Yeah! I can do it.
Rough day at work. I want to go to work and not give heed to others who arn't passionate about their jobs. I love my job and what I do. I want to work, be confident, learn and enjoy the day.
Walked and it was wonderfull.
