Fat study
Here is a study I happened to see while reading the news. It should give all of you low carbers, as well as anyone else who needs to be aware or the types of fat and how much they eat, "fat for thought"

Any Vegetarians
Hi all, you need to read the web sites for Dr Neal Barnard, Dr John McDougal, and watch the documentary, "Forks Over Knives". The problem isn't the carbs, it's the fat in your diet that blocks insulin from working, thus, insulin resistance. What the low carb folks don't realize is that they are setting themselves up for fatty liver disease and coronary artery disease. Also the best resistant starch you can eat is beans. Eat about a cup per day. They will fill you up and do great things for your digestive tract. See nutrition facts.org where there are hundreds of articles on diabetes and other health related research. Eat your carbs, just eat the healthy ones, and put that doughnut down!😀

Any Vegetarians
Why watch carbs? Vegetarians have a higher efficiency at burning calories as long as you are not eating above your required daily calories.
