So, I'm doing the 4 day diet and my goal is to lose 27 pounds over a six month period. I recently injured my neck, back and knee in an automobile accident so I will be taking things slowly. I started the diet two weeks ago at 157 lbs. After the first 4 days I was down 5 lbs. Although my momentum was in full gear, last week I traveled and experienced a setback due to a very negative friend and her projecting her issues and lack of motivation on me. However, I am determined to make better choices and to eat right and exercise often.

I got down to my goal weight and just gained it all back. Now I'm ready to get back to business. Project get it right, get it tight is in full effect!
