Just made lunch for the kids and I need to stop grazing whilst I cook - it's so mindless and then I realise I've eaten loads without logging anything.
Also need the kids to finish their Easter eggs... too much temptation.
Off to Tesco this afternoon. Will make good choices 🤞🏽
