So today I was excited that I lost 2 lbs. Go Me!!!! Then lunch time came around at work and I caved and bought Panda. I feel really guilty that I can get off track so easily. I need to find a way to eat healthier and STAY FULL!!! When I get super hungry like today I cave and get whatever I am craving which will not end well for my diet. I will do another weigh in tomorrow and we will see how it goes because even though I got Panda I am still burning more calories than I take in!

Today is my first day actually following my new diet so we will see how it goes. My BMI is 38.1 and needs to be 29.9 for me to meet my first goal of transitioning from obese to overweight. This requires me to lose 46lbs. My second goal is to have my BMI 24.9 which transitions me from Overweight to normal weight. This requires me to lose 29lbs. My third goal is to have my BMI at 22.7 which will transition me from high normal weight to a stable normal weight. This requires me to lose 28lbs so the end result is 128lbs. I need to lose 87lbs.
