So I was feeling really guilty about eating so many points yesterday until I realized that it was the end of the week and I had only used 12.5 of my weekly points, not to mention that I actually forgot to eat 4 of my points on Friday. So I'm still feeling good about that. Though my food choices really sucked, because I only really had 2 servings of fruits, and I'm not sure if lettuce and tomatoes count as real veggies. Oh, and I thought that 20oz of raspberry iced tea couldn't be "too many points", but it was 5... and my 20oz iced tea with lemon was 4, 9 points on tea...? Crazy. So my 12.5 weekly points went toward... tea, 1oz of Doritos, and an apple. Better choices will be made tomorrow, and that's the only way I can really look at it. As long as the scale keeps moving down, then I'm obviously doing something right!
