Checked my keto stick last night and it shows that I am a little dehydrated. Looks like I need more liquids in my diet so I can really get this metabolisim fired up.

Well, the endulgence I had over the weekend finally showed up today. It usually takes 2-3 days to actually show up on the scale. I'm not going to let this get me down. A more accurate weight should show up by Friday as long as I stay in control.
I am craving bread and cake like crazy today. I am going to have to find a way to combat ths. It is almost over powering today.
Also, if I can't find a way to get rid of this stress my weight is just going to climb right back up. :(

So today I am down 0.2 ounces. That's not a big loss and could honestly just be water loss, but I will take it. My granddaughter is out of the hospital and hopefully my son will get his act together and stop acting like such a DA.

Yesterday was filled with stress. My granddaughter has a staff infection and is in the hospital. Her father, my oldest son, was in a car accident last night leaving the hospital. He is okay except for a hurt knee. Just too much going on at one time right now. Thank goodness I have this challenge to keep me accountable and focused on something else right now.
