I'm so excited! A gym in my area has a promo on for -no contract 20/month-, so me and my boyfriend are going to go check it out tomorrow at 11! It'll be awesome if it works out, it's a 45 minute walk away, so not worth a bus ride, so if I start going there, it'll be a walk both ways, AND a workout. I'm so excited!
Anyways, I've been trying to follow the detox, I did good yesterday, except for a bit of ice cream, but still. I'm eating so much better than I have been the past year, and I know I know, it just means I won't lose weight -as fast- as if I followed the detox, but I'm really just happy to be trying so hard, and showing progress.
But even so, I will be trying harder. I gave away some junk food to other people =p just so it wouldn't tempt me, and most of the good food I made for my Della's dinners, and he'll definitely eat all of that.
Time to shape up a bit, so my weigh in after the 9 days will be a good one!
I also have Hip Hop Abs too, so I'm going to try that out.

Ugh, today was sooooo hard. My boss made her really awesome potato salad, and I had to have a few bites. But other than that I had half a cup of fat free yogurt, a few raspberries, an apple, three clementines, a banana muffin, and stir fry for dinner.
Plus I spent two hours at the park running after Henry. I don't feel awesome about today, but I'll do better tomorrow.

So I'm done day one. Man, I wanted to snack so much today, and my boyfriend wasn't home either so I could have gotten away with it, but I was good! I'm proud of myself and looking forward to the next few days.

Alright, so I've "tried" diets and workout plans before, but this site is AMAZING. I love how easy it is, no sign up fee, no ads all over the place about "how it would be better if you -joined- the official site for the diet you chose" or anything.
I'm loving the community so far, I can read other people's diet journals, ones who are doing the same thing as me, and there's so many tips!
I can't wait to go shopping tomorrow and stock up my fridge with fruits and veggies and get this diet underway.

Nobody be alarmed! I entered my weight incorrectly when I signed up and I just fixed it, that's why my weight chart went up.
