I would never guess there will be day I'll be happy to gain weight but - gosh, it's great to get back some of pounds lost!!! And I swear to my socks - it is bloody good to be healthy!
Two takeaways: 1- I should consider occasional water fasts for a length of 3-4 days as something klicked internally and many pains and hurts are gone. 2- found fantastic podcast on DOAC where doc explained that I do not need a diet, but muscles, and ageing actually starts at 70 so I have hellofatime to turn my life around in any direction. Sorry internet came into this world too late for me, but will pass to youth around.

that one magic kick from somewhere above, all it takes or a fly. 😂 weight loss is grand, out of COVID fever but not back to normal food schedule as of yet, just know that someone will have to bring biiig biiig watermelon home today. I'm not sure it's technically correct to exit 5 day involuntary water fast on watermelon, but it is the only thing I am craving now. so - watermelon it should be than!
gosh, it is soo good to recover to better!
