ack! I got burned out and didn't go swimming last week, big mistake! My mom broke her ankle on saterday, then we had a big storm and blackouts all sunday and yesterday. She was supposed to meet her doctor yesterday, so we drove to meet him in two cities but he was closed. She has surgery tomorrow and hasn't met her doctor. It's probably for the best that there's no food in the house!

I rewarded my weight loss with a budget makeover; having friends in cosmo goes a long way towards looking good. I'll probably have lost ten more pounds in the morning from all the running and screaming assosiated with the spiders. I had to wake mom up to kill it because it was up so high and had a big egg sack. She was unhappy, til she realised that I couldn't sleep with it there. So, here's to hoping...
