Home made chicken burger with chopped olives mixed in, on half a flatout, and topped with extra thin cheddar, tomato, alfalfa, and mustard. Been struggling with hunger, so instead of having 2 at once, I'm having one now at 6:00 and another burger later on.

Dinner... Spaghetti squash topped with home made tomato sauce, lean ground chicken, mushrooms, black olives, and a sprinkle of parmesan.

Killed myself at the gym then came home and made this. A whole Joseph's wrap, 2 oz sliced chicken, two extra thin slices of sharp cheddar, a tiny bit of light mayo, and tomato, avocado, and alfalfa sprouts, plus a dash of garlic salt and fresh pepper.
