I was very very strict on my exercise and LOOK at the results. I walked 6 out of the 7 days,and followed my diet to the "t".. I am very very proud of myself right now. I know this is a lot of "water weight" but that has got to come off too.. I feel so accomplished!

WOW I am honestly shocked I thought I would either lose nothing or maybe even gain. I guess all this walking is helping!!!!

Well, this weekend, was good but bad.
Bad=I had a whopper for lunch Sunday :( It just had onion and lettuce on it, but stil I felt a tremendous amount of guilt.
But the GOOD
Good= My fiancee and I took a 1.3 Mile Hike on Sunday and I DID IT! I haven't exercised in what seems so long, I know it seems not very big, but it was for me. Where I live is the a lot of Metroparks, State Owned parks, and its not just a straight path it went way down then straight back up. I huffed and puffed but I did it! My fiancee who is in great shape, helped me the whole way. I am so blessed to have him, he loves me IN or OUT Of shape :)

Well tomorrow is weigh in. With all that has been going on, I am very unsure about how the results will be. I am hoping for the best, I have faultered at least twice this week. So I am thinking positive thoughts!!!
