Maintaining! Wallked 3 times so far this week so far and been stricter on the diet hope you are all doing well!

Yeah! I lost a pound. I managed to get my daughter out for an hours walk, it is the only way as I seem to have so little time of my own these days. Thanks for the comments as it keeps me going!

Keeping steady I seem to do really well in the day but give into temptation at night. I am working really hard and finding it difficult to exercise as I always need to find some childcare. I know I should try to exercise before work but..Anyway I am just moaning!! Hope you are all doing well!

My internet has not been working but I am back! I did slip with the 2 week easter break but I am back on track with the food and exercise! ready to smash again!

Just spent two days doing detox but have not lost.. It is Easter Sunday SO NO DETOX TODAY! Hope you all have a good weekend!
