no loss today. but no gain either!!!! I over ate my delicious duck!!! 😂😂😂. blaming this on lady problems. I went from trying to do a fast to over eating. lmao. oopsies

Another one bites the dust! I was super concerned about my loss today bc I smashed some roasted duck yesterday and blew through my VLCD. I didn't expect a gain, but definitely expected a small loss. Keto be what it be though! Bout to this these 230's. Going to hit a 24 hour fast and hit a long walk. I want to see if I can hit the 230s tomorrow morning. haven't seen this weight since nov 2017.

I finally conquered my body. I look forward to my 2020 Mercedes E class convertible. a bitch is on track! I can't wait for my reward. Thank you Corona virus for making me sit the fuck down and focus on my damn health. I am going to keep these insulin levels low. By hook or by crook.
