It is a little comical that in nearly 2 months I’ve lost 0.1kg. What it doesn’t show is all the fluctuations in the middle, the times I gave up, and all the upset over the number on the scales. Today the sky is blue, and my mood is high. So cover me in sunshine, shower me with good times. Have a fab weekend FS world 🌞

Hi FS 😊🌍. I’m home after a much needed mini break. Was good to clear my head. Summer this year has been busy socially and I’ve enjoyed every minute. Do you make sensible choices even when out? If not, how do you reset without undoing weeks of progress?

Happy weekend FS world 💖. I’ve been trying to get back down to 59.6kg ahead of Taylor Swift concert last night. Over the past month, my weight shot up to 62.3kg due to emotional eating. Very excited to see that weight is at 59.8kg this morning🥳.

Leg day yesterday. Crawling to work today! @Anne, needed the full 2 minutes rest. Definitely don’t need it for upper body. The weight loss is due to diet, not PT. But I’m hoping this makes me stronger 🦾🦾. Have a fabulous weekend FS.

Got back to PT yesterday after 7 weeks off. Did not want to go but managed to drag myself there. I did enjoy it once I was there. How do you stop yourself getting bored in PT? It’s not my natural environment and I struggle quite a bit.
