Tiny drop but I’ll take it.
Plan for next week:
- Drink at least 1-2L water
- 3-4 fruit and veg
- IF 14/10 on 5/7 days
- Target calories <1900
- Move my body 5/7 days
- Be mindful of true hunger vs stress eating

Happy New Year 🥳. Hope 2023 is all you want it to be.
- Weight is up 0.5kg compared to the start of 2022. However, given recent holiday, ill health (from which I’m still recovering) and my birthday yesterday, it’s not too bad I suppose.
- This year has been very hard emotionally. I realise that I have no motivation to do anything when I’m in a difficult headspace.
- Ultimately it is all about my habits and hopefully some of the good ones stick as we move into the new year.
- I’m going to mull over my weekly targets for the new year and come back with what is hopefully a realistic plan.

There hasn’t been the headspace or willpower for anything health wise recently. All energies are focused elsewhere for now. But realities must be faced, so jumped on the scales today 🍎. Would love to eat a bit better - not just in calories, but in actual food. I had hoped to end the year at the lowest weight I got to, but that looks unlikely as I have a pre-Christmas 🎄 holiday planned.
