After a week of fun and being off plan, starting today with a breakfast of <500 calories. The scales confirm a massive weight gain. I have no one but myself to blame. I’m really angry and disappointed with myself. Time to get a grip! Happy Weekend FS❤️🦋😊

A tiny drop. Decided to weigh today as working all weekend and won’t get a chance to do it tomorrow. Calories definitely could be lower, but with a busy work week, I just have to accept that this is what has been possible.
- Managing to drink at least 1litre of water a day.
- IF 14/10 4 days this week
- 30 minutes daily activity
Not perfect, but it’s a start. Have a fabulous weekend FS 💙💚💛

1 week of trying to be good, taking a leaf out of Anne’s book. Weight immediately following break was 56kg, so technically a drop of 0.7kg. Hoping I keep momentum up this week. I’ve been struggling with IF. Has anyone found that it’s hard to get back into it once you stop? How did you do it?

My week of indulgence has come to a close. Now to the business of trying to get fitter, healthier and definitely a lot leaner. Have a fabulous Sunday FS. Weekly goals remain the same. Managed to achieve half of them prior to my wee break.
