So I have tried so many times with failure of course and its my fault because i like sweets and i always take 5 steps forward and 8 steps back. Now though im almost 27 getting older i have a daughter shes 3 and i want to be around to watch her get older. she loves good food so i am making a point to only get good food, im not going on any diet cuz i have done that several times and failed. so my strategy this time around is eat good food stop having sweets and exersize. i am ready to shed this weight and be happy!! 2013 is going to be a huge year in march i start online career school, trying to have my daughter potty train, move, lose weight...i have alot on my plate but that doesnt mean i have to overeat :)
