1. Wake 4am, Vitamins, Breakfast-1 bacon, 2 sausage, 2 eggs, bread stuffing, 2 bottles water, 2 cups coffee no sugar.
2. Gym 5am-6am
3. Snack- 1 apple, 1 tangerine, 1 cup of coffee, 2 bottles water, vitamins
4. Lunch- 3 pork ribs, 2 hot chili peppers, Brocolli with cheddar cheese. 6 ounces of ABSOULUTE VODKA., 2 Bottles of Water, 1 Cup of Coffee no sugar.
5. Snack- 1 Apple, 1 tangerine
6. Dinner- Brocoli, 1 slice of Cheddar Cheese, 2 bottles water, 3 ounces of ABSOLUTE VODKA.
7. Snack- 1 apple, 1 tangerine.
8. Bedtime. Sleep, wake-up, and DO IT AGAIN SAM!

1. Wake 5am, Vitamins, Breakfast-1 toast, 2 bacon, 2 egg, 2 water, 2 coffee.
2. Gym 6:15-715am:
3. Snack- 1 Orange, 10 mixed nuts, 1 bottled water, 1 cup of cofeee no sugar.
4. Lunch-Spinich Quiche, 10 mixed nuts, 1 oranges, 2 bottled water, 2 cups coffee.
5. Snack- 1 Orange, 1 Carrot.
6. Dinner-Undetermined.
7. Bedtime- Hit the hay, wake up, and do it again.

1. Wake 5am, Vitamins, 2 bottle water, 2 coffee no sugar,-Breakfats-2 eggs, 2 bacon, 1 English muffin with margarine.
2. Gym- 6am-7am
3. Vitamins, 1 bottle of water, 2 cups of coffee no sugar.
4. Snack- 1 Orange, 1 bottle of water.
5. Lunch-1 hot dog, ketchup, 10 mixed nuts., 1 cup of coffee no sugar.
6. Snack- 1 Orange, 10 mixed nuts.
7. Dinner-Korean BBQ, 4 pieces traderJoes Dark Chocolate, 1 Sapporo Beer.
8. Snack- 1 Orange, 10 mixed nuts.
9. Bedtime- Rest, Sleep, Wake up, and do it again.

6. Dinner- Steak, Brocolli, salad, and stuffing.
7. Snack- 2 bottles water, 1 Tangerine.
8. Bedtime- Knockout, wake up, and repeat.

1. Wake 4am, walk the dog, vitamins, Breakfast- 2 bacon, 2 eggs, 1 Toast with margarine, 2 bottles water, 2 cups coffee no sugar.
2. Gym 10am-11am
3. Snack- 1 Tangerine, mixed nuts (15), 1 bottle water, 2 cups coffee no sugar.
4. Lunch- Beer battered Fish, 15 mixed nuts, 1 tangerine, 2 bottles water, 2 cups of coffee.
5. Snack-1 apple, 15 mixed nuts.
6. Dinner- 1/2 Pastrami Sandwich and Onion Rings at Jonnies in Culver City.
7. Snack- 1 apple, 2 bottles water, vitamins.
8. Bedtime- Sleep and repeat.
