Yaaaaaaaaaa! I have lost to date 18.5 pounds I am so happy! Yes I am loseing sort of slow but with my thyroid and other issues I am happy that I am loseing at all. SOmeone made a point the other day that I am (well now) 18.5 pounds closer to my goal! Some people are actually starting to tell that I am loseing weight I am so happy about that! I still have bad days where I seem to never get full but I am staying within my points eatting no point foods when I reach my minimum points rarely eatting my full points. You know I realize that at this rate I will be doing this for over a year but you know a year goes by fast I've been over weight all my life and what is a year and a half to reach your goal weight right! I am 7-8 lbs. away from my 10% goal and I can't wait to reach that I feel I am accomplishing something every time I weigh in that is very important to my will power and my staying power so to say. Pray for me I have so far to go but so far so good!

This week has been very weird though I followed the diet exactly I gained 5 pounds and then I lost it and 4 more? Not sure how my weight can fluxuate so much but it did. I have been very determined through the past 3 weeks I hope I can stay this way. My brother and I are very good about calling one another everyday and checking in makeing each other accountable for what we are doing. We also are a great source of support for one another. He started about a week after me and he has lost 8 pounds I have lost 15 all together which I am very pleased with since I have only been doing it for 3 weeks today so I averaged about 5 pounds a week. I love weight watcher because it does not limit what you can have. You just have to ajust the amount and the rest of your day around it. Subway has been a very good outlet for eating out for me. I get a 12 inch veggie delite about 3 times a week and it is the most satisfying thing I eat all the time swiss miss diet hot chocolate with a table spoon of cool whip lite also helps I drink that about once a day to maybe every few days. Fruit really helps me to I eat about 1-2 pears a day so far. Sugar free popcicles help to the cocoa and sugar free popcicles are free so you can have them as often as you like but if you drink more than one of the hot cocoa's at a time you will need to count it as one point. Peanut butter and toast in the morning holds me over well the bunny bread 100% whole wheat (wonder) is 1 point per piece so I usually eat 2 pieces in the morning I also need to try to eat about 6 times a day because I lost more the first week 9 pounds and didn't gain any that week. I walked 4 times that week and this week I haven't walked at all. I need to get back on my tread mill this week hopefully I will and I can lose more weight. I can't wait to weigh in again next week to see what I have lost.
