I,m having a hard time adding my food to my daily log, I make all my food myself, I don't buy it already made, and I haven't even heard of the brands listed except Trade Joes. I would like to say I had 4 oz chicken and find out what that is, and then 4 oz. aspargus, butter, and cream. How do I get those numbers?
