weighed myself yesterday and ive lost two pounds since monday. yay! even though i went to the movies wednesday, and got a small popcorn (no butter!), and i ate sushi yesterday. sushi is a weakness but i was good yesterday. we went to a new place and i ordered miso, soy beans, and a side salad to fill up, then ate a california roll and a crunchy hand roll. not bad. we walked four miles before eating, so that helped too. weighed myself this morning and i didnt do any damage.

i cant wait til my sis gets her house back and moves out. she has a gym i can use lol. i also want to see if i can keep my bike at her house, so i can ride it during my lunch break, since her house is sooo close to my office and school site.

someone at work today told me i looked thinner. hmm i wonder if its because im wearing contacts, and i usually wear my glasses.

i have 4 bday parties this weekend. tonights party is an early thanksgiving party. the bday cake for tomorrow is a dairy queen blizzard cake. omg. im doomed! lol. im going to force myself to walk on sunday.

weighed myself on sunday, and i was still the same. im sure the weekend killed me, and so did the lack of exercise. yesterday i took a 40 minute walk on the bike trail during my lunch. i would like to do this everyday, but i think its inconvenient to do it at lunch time, but i will try to do it at least once or twice a week. i also went to the park and walked for 40 minutes after i left work. It was dark, but I stayed on the side that was well lit and walked it back and forth. Im gonna have to start coming in to work on time, or early if i want to get to the park before its not super dark. It hasnt been super cold, so i guess i can still go.

Today I went to target and walked around, bought a jumprope and snacks to keep at work. Tomorrow I dont work. Ill probably go get my smog check and take the twins out for a walk.

I woke up this morning and decided to excercise since I didnt yesterday. I did 150 crunches (butt, abs, and lower abs). Hey, it's a start. I will go to Target today to buy a jumprope. I found my weights, yoga band, and wrist/leg weights. I think I need to start exercising at home. I have all of these resources, so I shouldnt be looking for a gym right now. I also have a bike and rollerskates, and the 30 day shred, which ive had for about 3 months (90 days), and Ive never opened it. As soon as my gramps leaves, I'll try it out in my room. I weighed myself this morning and Ive lost 1lb in the last two days. Cool. I am writing down what I eat, and forcing myself to do the 5 a day fruits/veggies.

in other news, this is what happened to me today. i copied this from my facebook because im too lazy to type it.

"Just got in trouble right now by human resources. Two ladies took me to a room. Told me I wasnt allowed to wear leggings. Told me to remove the leggings, and that my skirt had to be at knee length (it wasnt b/c of the leggings), if not then I would have to go home and change into appropriate clothes. this is the first time I wear a skirt to work, and my last! Ha"

Ridiculous. I dont even dress slutty. I'm always covered up. You should see my boss. She has double-D implants, and wears shirts that, um, "accentuate" her massive boobs. She always shows boob crack.
