I've increased my activity by walking 15 minutes very briskly on my lunch break. I also started walking in the evenings, actually yesterday was my start, I walked 2 miles. It was tough but I know I have to stick with it and just make it a habit. I just started my journey Monday so I'm not going to weigh myself till next week. Trying to stay positive.

Well I guess I didn't do too bad for first day. But my carb intake was too high for me. This is first time I've ever counted calories and I was under my daily total by 26 calories. I done a 15 minute walk on lunch break, intended on walking this evening but got rained out.. reading everyone's entries is helping to encourage me to to want to eat better!!☺️☺️thx to all!!

This is my first day subscribing to this site, so far so good. I'm not used to calorie counting so that is going to take some time. I've been trying to figure out how to navigate around this site so any tips would be great. I also would like to give the KETO diet a try, any good recipes? I would like to jump start this process. I'm feeling kinda lost, but I'm not great with computers.
