Coming together, tomorrow morning is my semiannual doctor visit. Sure would like to lose another pound by morning!
My last visit was on 4/20/2016. On that morning, I weighed
171.6
pounds. My girlfriend and others were telling me that I was getting too skinny. So I went along. Here these 7 months later, I am 11 pounds heavier. I do feel better at this weight level, about 180 is right for me at age 62.
In this range, as longtime viewers of this journal can attest, I don't have to scrimp on portions or buffets. Put a couple pounds on, and take it off in a couple days or so. As far as the visit tomorrow goes, there may very well be a rise in the A1C and triglycerides. I'll let you know tomorrow.

Not bad considering the holiday. So a net gain of half a pound.
No exercycle yesterday either.
No pics from turkey day but here is what I had for brunch yesterday. The chipotle turkey was great as was the stuffing. They also cooked another bird the regular way which tasted good. Both were really moist. Perhaps the coca cola and wine(white) poured liberally over the birds before they went into the oven had something to do with it. I leave those details to her.
