Well... Last night... One word.... Pizza.
Actually, 3 words. Too much pizza.
Actually, 8 words. Too much pizza and no fruits or veggies.
I didn't go over my calrioes. I was well under, however, that's just junky eating. I can't be doing that. Nope.

Pretty sure I came out of the womb a size 12 or above. I doubt I'll ever be a tiny size 6 or less...but here's the good news...
I DON'T CARE.
My goals: avert diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, high cholesterol...and the list goes on and on. (nursing school is a serious informer of impending doom...lol)
Don't get me wrong I am not downing anyone who feels good about being a size 6 or 10 or you name the number. When I get to a size I haven't seen in a long time I am gonna shout it from the rooftops and so should you! Please don't take this journal entry that way. I'm sitting with what seems like an insurmountable task ahead of me, to lose 150ish pounds. I have to focus on health, not a scale or size, because it seems overwhelming if I don't. I graduate in one year. I really want to be the healthiest me I've been in a long while when that happens. Thanks for your support!

I'm a nursing student and I still have one week left in my semester. When I sit to study I fill this cup with water with the goal in mind to finish it before I get up. If so, then I get 32 ounces in. Water is SO important...and the cup is adorable. ❤️

I'm on my way to losing an entire person. I've got to get some weight off. I feel like a skinny active person trapped in a fat person's body. I enjoy being active. I hope I can rememeber I enioy it when things get tough.
