Should i stop fats totallty while Diet ?
Well ty a lot for help ^
i think i get healthy fats that don't contains LDL Cholesterol but it gets the good HDL
from good resources every day :
in lunch :
1 Tablespoon of Olive oil in lunch on cooked rice
250 g Chicken or 500 Grilled Fish tilapia or 250g sardine
in dinner :
10 G Almonds
10 g Hazelnuts or Filberts Nuts
10 g Peanuts

hi ,
I Wonder if i should stop getting Fats from my food while Diet
Most of my calories 1600-1900 Daily Comes from :
carbs : 200-220 G
protein : 130-170 G
Fats : 25-60 G
Most of my fats comes from :
10 G Almonds
10 g Hazelnuts or Filberts Nuts
10 g Peanuts
15 g Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened)
250 g Chicken or 50 Grilled Fish
