Week 2 Day one complete of C25K... was supposed to run yesterday but our day was so chaotic that I put it off until today. Didnt want to run today AT ALL!!! But it was actually a pretty good run. ran at a 10 min pace and walked at a 17.08 (6mph and 3.5mph).
Thanks for calling me last night mom and guilted me into running today... I REALLY DIDNT WANT TO!

Week one is COMPLETE and run #3 SUCKED!!!! My C25K app shut off during run 1/9 and I didnt catch it until I ran for about 4 minutes... so the rest of the run I was SOOOOOoooooo TIRED! Ran at 10:00/20:00 for 2.47miles.
YES MOM!!! It was because you called! I took a late nap with the baby and got your message when I woke up. I was half tempted to skip it. But I didnt because of you. I sort of like doing this together and getting each other off our butts.

Well, I ran Day2 today. Feels pretty good... except I reweighed my self and I am up two pounds since two days ago... i know I know... don't weigh yourself but once a week.... :( ugg... I also need to get on the water intake. Our water has been ify lately since the hurricane. Went to Panara Bread the other day and it came out Yellow and tasted like sugar beat water! ick! So I guess our town is having water issues. The water at our house doesn't taste or look like that but now I am a little leery.
