Better at eating "normally" this week on my non-VLC days, even with lots of eating out with Sait this weekend. Good!

Eeeek! Well, I did not eat "normally" this week - ate a TON both Thursday and Saturday - so, the wages of sin... =[ But, I also realized that I have forgotten my blood pressure meds, which are diuretics, so MAYBE a little water weight, but, mostly - cheese dip and pizza! On the positive side, I did great on my fast days.

Well - this is my weight after several weeks off any program, then one week of "The Fast Diet" - 5 days of "normal" eating, 2 non-consecutive days of <500 calories. Those two days are not super fun, but they were doable...and, if it works and I don't have to log everything I eat every day, then I'm pretty happy! Logging two days a week is ok. :)

Only one pound down on week 2...not sure about this plan, bit do love that I don't have to count and track everything, that the food seems whole and healthy, and, of course, like any food addict, I LOVE cheat day!!!!!

As noted previously - this is NOT a one day weight loss. The website just wouldn't let me go back to 7/10/2013 to record my original weight when I wanted to update my diet plan yesterday. This is a week's worth of weight loss, and, since it is week one, no "cheat day". We'll see how things progress in the next few weeks with a day off in the middle of each!
