I'm testing cabbage today, a high FODMAP food. Pictured here with beef and a fried egg. Adding broccoli went well, so my hopes are high.

Fast food! I threw some bacon grease, fresh broccoli, and an egg in a skillet. I supplemented with an Epic bison bar to bring my calories and g protein up.

Almond flour pancakes and bacon. The pancakes could admittedly be improved with a little sweetener. I usually use honey, but im trying to stay keto. I added cinnamon, cardamom, and clove to the batter and topped them generously with ghee.
