I was way over Thursday, daughter brought KFC and then I bought McDonald's for supper. I thought well I blew it and I am tired so why not. Started over today but it looks like I made a bad choice for supper 124Kcal over 1000 for the day. Not as bad as Thursday's but still not on goal.

First day on 1000 cal. if I recorded it right I stopped the day at 845. Taking a long a small note pad so I can record what I eat when not at home.

Just back from Dr. not good, gained 9#, blood pressure to high and warning of becoming diabetic. Put on 1000 gal diet, check back in 6 weeks. I have made up by mind to do this.
