I am back this being stuck at home, although it was my life before, is harder. Now since because of my age group I have to stay home, the weather is terrible and there is no going outside. I have really went down hill. Need to beat me with that commitment stick again.

Went to see Mr. Rogers at the movies, it was a thought producing movie. We liked it. This was on Sat. afternoon. The weather was horrible and the restaurant I wanted to try was packed, so went to another one instead. I haven't exercised for two days will do my best to get back on track with that. Church on Sunday and I have to record that. So I go to work at 145 so better get busy.

I don't have to go to work until 2 this afternoon, ate a healthy breakfast did some exercise, now just bored. Need to do some housework Have a superday everyone.

Knew I would be over my 1000cal but did the exercise, if I write it down that I did it then I make sure I get it done. So far it is working for me.
