After 3.5 years of not being able to walk I finally feel well enough to go back to the gym! I'm taking it slow and it's hard not to push myself but I know I'll regret it if I do.

I think I figured out the secret to semaglutide for my body. It doesn't affect my appetite at all but if I barely eat anything like I usually do then I lose weight. Without it I wouldn't lose weight even with eating very little. So it is definitely processing food differently, I just can still only eat around 500 calories for it to work. I'll keep to this plan as much as possible until I need to refill it and then decide whether to continue on it or not. Next week I don't have anything scheduled that'll keep me at home or at the hospital so hopefully I can begin slowly working out and get back into the groove within a few weeks.

Went down four pounds and gained two back in the last two days. This is six weeks on semaglutide, not even down ten pounds and I still have zero effects from it. I'm still giving it a go for three months but so far I'm hugely disappointed. I can lose ten pounds in less than three weeks when I'm able to work out 😑

Down 4.7 lbs from week three to week five of semaglutide. I'm once again gaining even though they doubled my dose last week. I'm pissed.
