Well, back from the great unknown--sabotageland!
Not sure what was going on with me--life became complicated and I didn't place weightloss as the number one priority. I was still watching what I was eating but did allow foods into my diet that are not healthy for me.
I purchased a Wii fit and played with it this weekend. Of course it let me know in no uncertain terms that my BMI places me in the "Obese" catagory!
I'm starting to feel discouraged--I know I must stay positive and there is the option of having a healthy BMI for me--I can't believe how hard this struggle is.
I have health issues that limit my physical exercise --yet, if I don't exercise my health issue gets worse--oh what a lovely catch-22 ;)
I live and learn--hurting today from doing my Wii fit with such enthusiasm--it is really hard to accept I must monitor myself closely.
Acceptance is the key to everything.
