No weight loss this week. It is hard to stick to a plan when you are in pain. At least I have to be burning doing Physical thearpy 40 min. a day. I am going to loose at least 1 # next week.

THIS WEEK WAS REALLY HARD. I HOPE THE DOCTOR CAN FIX ME FAST. I AM IN SO MUCH PAIN I DON'T CARE IF I LOOSE WEIGHT.

Have not felt well my hurts more and I can use it less every day. can't wait until I go to the Doctor on Wed. I am going to try eating only vegs for lunch. Hope I can stick to this.
