Hmm. I’m still not speaking to my scale; but luckily I speak to you! I did exceptionally well over Easter, until Easter eve. My husband and I ate chocolates. Not many, like 4. Whew! Chocolate stupor on Monday! I couldn’t even go to spinning class! Much better now.

Well, I started spinning again! It’s been about 6 years. I hope this helps with weight loss. We have close to a month of company in April. I want to see this scale move!!!!

Grrrr! I even did spinning yesterday! Not alcohol, veges and protein(not much!). I’m very sad about this. It seems like at least 2-3 weeks of studying at this weight;(

I don’t want to be negative but I’m gonna snap soon! It’s sort of the food, but also the wine I miss! I had two glasses last Eve— good news I’m still in ketosis this morning ! I have lost 10# in over a month, which is good. Lots of inches, but I don’t see the weight dropping off as I believe I should. I’m really entering into a diet depression. Augh! I want to see this through. Curse these feelings!
