Yip it is what it is. Same gym routine as per yesterday, walked back home from the gym 5300steps🙌in Joburgs 🥶🥶weather
Breakfast :jungle oats, rooibos lemon tea
Luch:x6 provitas with x2 boiled eggs

Life's second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth... chances that I embrace. Started the new month at 4:30am this morning, 5:30am in the gym. I did 20 minutes fly walker, 20 minutes cycling and 20 minutes treadmill all at my own pace, followed by walking back home about a 45 minute walk. Mentally feeling fantastic🤗🤗Breakfast:double cream yogurt with chia seeds and one medium sliced banana with lemon rooibos tea.
Lunch will be wors, potato stew and brown rice.
Supper will be beef curry and homemade roti.

My journey continues, PTSD took a toll on my weight and just my health in general. I owe it to myself to pick myself back up again. My advice to everyone seek help with whatever mental health issues you have, I ran away from getting help and it spiraled way out of control, I thank God I managed to get the help and getting back on my feet. Don't give up.
